21 Feb Mind-Body Free Challenge
Thinking of my post-baby body (one month to go-yay!) and feeling balance in my life. I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately because I’m spending more time working behind the scenes and being hugely pregnant, lol! I’m over here downing green smoothies and shakes, drinking lots of water, and designing meal plans and workout programs for my post-natal experience. If you are interested in learning a little more about yoga or meditation, The Fit Tribe is running a free Mind-Body group here on facebook beginning Feb 29. All you need to do to join is comment below this photo and I will add you to the group. It’s 5 days of learning and practicing, even if for only 5 minutes of yoga and 5 minutes of meditation a day.
